New Workstation Policy: Software Registration and Licensing

We sent out an email on February 19, 2026 regarding these changes to take effect immediately and apply to all upcoming renewals and new purchases.

  • Each software license now includes 2 free workstations.
    These are automatically covered under your standard license purchase.
  • Additional workstations will incur a fee.
    Any workstation added beyond the included 2 will be billed at 50% of your renewal amount per workstation.
  • Upfront payment is required for all workstation additions.
    All purchased licenses must be fully paid before an additional computer can be registered.
  • All purchased workstations will be included in your 2027 renewal invoice.
    This invoice is due November 30, 2026, and will reflect all workstation additions made between now and the renewal cycle.
  • No refunds for purchased workstations or renewals.
    All workstation purchases and renewal payments are final.
